Policy
Nemo's wants you to be happy with what you have purchased;
we stand behind the products we sell. Please retain
your sales receipt/invoice, and all the merchandise
tags as well as packaging. All unwanted merchandise
in new and resellable condition may be returned for
a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Defective merchandise returned must be shipped with
the charges prepaid. Nemo's can not accept a C.O.D.
and therefore, the package will be refused. However,
Nemo's will refund the return postage on defective
merchandise that is shipped to us via U.P.S. or Parcel
Post ground and reship the replacement at no further
freight charge.
For your convenience, merchandise may also be returned
or exchanged at any of our stores. Please have your
sales receipt on hand.

Refunds:
Credit card refunds will be issued at once, but please
allow for 1--2 billing cycles for the credit to appear
on your statement.
