How long does it take to receive my order?
You'll find more information about shipping times on our shipping rates page. For your convenience, we offer two different delivery options: standard and 2nd day.

Will you send an order confirmation?
We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price.

Why was my order cancelled?
On very rare occasions an item may be backordered. Nemos makes every attempt to ship backordered item(s) within 30 days. If we can't fulfill your order within the 30 day period, we'll cancel your order and notify you by e-mail.

On rare occasions, we cancel customer orders.

  • For your protection, we require that the billing address you use at Nemosstores.com matches the billing address on your credit card. If your credit card issuer can't verify your billing address, we cancel your order for security reasons.
  • You contacted Nemosstores.com and requested to cancel the order.
  • The product you ordered is out of stock and we cannot ascertain a reasonable shipping date.
We send a cancellation notice to the e-mail address you used when you placed the order. Nemosstores.com won't bill you for the cancelled item(s).

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges aren't included in the product price. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total cost. For more information about the variety of shipping options we offer, please go to our shipping information page.

Do you ship overseas?
In addition to the contiguous United States, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, The U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please see our shipping information page for more information on shipping to these locations.

Right now, we're unable to ship outside the United States and its territories. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

Our Web site is our catalog. We don't distribute a paper catalog. This way, we can offer popular products at consistently low prices.

When is my credit card charged?
We charge your credit card when we ship the item. If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card. When you place your order, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Please note: if you use a debit card, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We won't actually debit your account until we ship your order. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to remove the authorization depends on the financial institution that issues your card.
