confirming your order as soon as we receive it.
Save the e-mail, because it includes an order number.
We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment
as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

only received part of my order.
We make every effort to ship your entire
order at the same time. But if some products are
backordered, we don't want to hold up your entire
order. We send you the in-stock products right
away. We ship the backordered products as soon
as they arrive. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation
for each package that leaves our warehouse.

Why
is my order backordered, and when can I expect
shipment?
Because the
popular products at Nemos sell so quickly, we
occasionally run out. If this happens, we'll notify
you with an estimated ship date and we'll follow
up with a progress report. We make every effort
to send you the products you want in a reasonable
amount of time.
