Difficulty placing an order
We're sorry you're having problems placing an order. If you e-mail us for help, we'll need the following information:

  1. Operating System (e.g. Windows 95, Windows 98, NT, MacOS, etc.)
  2. Browser type and version (e.g. Netscape Communicator 4.7, Internet Explorer 5.01, WebTV, etc.)
  3. Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) (e.g. AOL, Verio.net, Uunet, etc.)
Please include any system or error messages that appeared, and a detailed description of the problem you experienced. This information will allow us to reproduce and solve the problem.

How and when will I receive order and/or shipping confirmation?
We'll e-mail you confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Save the e-mail, because it includes an order number. We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation.
If you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact customerservice@nemosstores.com. We don't send shipping confirmation e-mails until your order leaves the fulfillment center.

My order is damaged.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Nemos. If you're unhappy with the product you purchased for any reason, return it to any Nemos store or to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date for a prompt refund. Find out more by reading our return policy.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at Nemos. If you're unhappy with the product you purchased for any reason, return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date for a prompt refund. If we shipped you the wrong product, we will refund the shipping charges. Find out more by reading our return policy.

I only received part of my order.
We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. But if some products are backordered, we don't want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they arrive. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation for each package that leaves our warehouse.

Why is my order backordered, and when can I expect shipment?
Because the popular products at Nemos sell so quickly, we occasionally run out. If this happens, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date and we'll follow up with a progress report. We make every effort to send you the products you want in a reasonable amount of time.
